About the Project
The U Červeňáku project focuses on the transformation of a brownfield originally occupied by an army facility primarily used for rail corps training. Since the nineties, the facility was used primarily as a warehouse, whereas most of the premises were not used at all. In view of the development of the city of Pardubice along with the position of the premises, Black Bird Real Estate views the local plots as being suitable for the construction of residential apartments.
That is why we decided to create a residential project in combination with several commercial facilities so that the new inhabitants can also enjoy easy access to civic amenities. In total, we are planning to build over 1000 apartments within the project and its individual stages, representing a significant increase in the amount of housing available in the wider center of Pardubice.
The project’s design emphasizes civic amenities, an ample amount of parking space, and most importantly a sufficient amount of public green areas. We are also planning to build bicycle paths and connect these to existing bicycle paths in the city. Our goal is for U Červeňáku to become a new modern district of Pardubice which will meet even the highest demands of its future inhabitants.
